Responsibilities:
- To establish Yearly Sales Target & Budget
For Key Accounts-Hotels/Lodges/Camps/Hunting Outfitters/Restaurants/Top End
Bars.
- To set-up & establish Yearly Marketing
Budget For Key Accounts-Hotels/Lodges/Restaurants/Hunting Outfitters/Top End
Bars/
- To Set Up KPI’s for Self in your market segment
with General Manager & Finance Manager.
- Actively solicit door to door sales with Hotels,
Lodges, Hunting Outfitters, Camps, Top Restaurants & Bars.
- Actively carry out trainings with FB staff of
potential clients and existing clients.
- Plan activations/promotions in market segment of
hotels/restaurants/lodges/camps & top end bars.
- Travel extensively to National Parks to seal
deal.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with
a focus on Sales/Marketing.
- Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in the alcoholic
beverage industry (wine specific if feasible).
- Familiarity with relevant sales software
technology or accounting packages such as TALLY/SAP/QUICK-BOOKS.
- Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
- Sharp negotiations and business acumen skills.
- Team Player.
- Well-developed leadership skills.
