Job Description
Responsibilities
- To manage and coordinate all stores and logistical
activities – receiving, issuing, stock management and forecasting.
- To reconcile stocks on a daily, weekly and
monthly basis
- To manage transportation of goods and ensure
timely delivery of goods to our clientele.
- To Set Up KPI’s for individual Stores Team
members.
- To Manage & Appraise Stores team.
- To ensure proper arrangements of the goods in
the warehouse follow appropriate stock rotation principles.
- Establish minimum and maximum stock levels and
proper useage of this system.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts.
- Issue weekly and monthly stock reports with
analysis. and reduce errors by 99%
- Ensure proper filling and documentations.
- Develop yearly forecast /Budget of stock and
goods purchases per brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Procurement and Logistics or
Business Administration (Focus in Accounts).
- Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in Department of
Stores and Logistics or Accounts of a company dealing with FMCG products.
- Excellent skills in accounting software
(Tally/SAP/ Quick-books) and well-versed computer skills. (Excel, MS Word,
Outlook, Adobe & Google docs).
- Good knowledge of basic accounting &
reconciliation of stocks and stock counts.
- Well versed in stock management procedures (issuance/receiving/stock
rotation).
- Experience with Transport Management.
- Knowledge of importation procedures -TANCIS, Tax
Stamps, Radiation certificates.
- Can Handle pressure and deadlines and used to
high volume business.
