Job summary:
Our client, who is a manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated and organized Fleet Assistant to support the coordination and management of company vehicles and drivers. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with little to no prior experience who are eager to learn about fleet operations and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Support monitoring and tracking vehicles using GPS or fleet management systems.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in arranging vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Help prepare fleet-related reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant transport regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and scheduling is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
