Job Summary:
Our client, who is in the information technology and network solutions industry, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales operations from within the office, handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong coordination with clients, warehouse teams, and management to ensure smooth sales processes and timely product delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, well-organized, and has a passion for achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle sales of all company products and manage customer inquiries received through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Check product availability, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to convert quotes into sales.
• Provide alternative product options when requested items are unavailable.
• Attend product and sales training sessions to build a strong understanding of the company’s offerings.
• Maintain well-organized sales records and provide monthly sales reports and target updates to management.
• Promote and push product sales through campaigns and promotional activities.
• Follow up with customers on pending quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Inform clients promptly when new stock arrives or promotions are available.
• Coordinate with internal teams to place and track orders for stock transfers between warehouses.
• Handle client complaints or objections professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve collective sales goals and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely communication, accuracy in order processing, and smooth coordination between departments.
