Our client, who is in the ICT, Networking, and Technology Solutions industry, is seeking a proactive, self-driven, and technologically forward-thinking IT Pre-Sales Professional to join their team. The IT Pre-Sales Professional will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle through client engagement, solution presentation, tender handling, and proposal preparation. This includes conducting client meetings, organizing product demonstrations, preparing and submitting tender documents, supporting solution design, and carrying out continuous market and technology research. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, analytical, confident in communication, and capable of working independently in a predominantly remote setup with minimal supervision.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients to understand their technical and business requirements.
Organize and coordinate product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
Identify, analyze, prepare, and submit tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and proposals in line with client and regulatory requirements.
Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, including uploading documents via designated procurement portals and platforms.
Support the development of ICT solutions, including networking, infrastructure, systems, and security solutions, in collaboration with technical teams.
Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
Conduct continuous research on emerging technologies, market trends, competitor offerings, and vendor solutions to maintain strong market positioning.
Engage with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather technical inputs and pricing information for proposals.
Maintain accurate records of proposals, tenders, submissions, and client engagements, and prepare periodic activity and pipeline reports.
Participate in company-sponsored training programs and professional certification courses to continuously enhance technical and commercial skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic background and relevant practical exposure.
Strong interest in ICT systems, networking, enterprise solutions, and emerging technologies, with a demonstrated willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
Minimum of 1 year of experience or strong internship exposure in IT support, pre-sales support, technical sales, networking, systems administration, or related ICT roles, with fresh graduates who demonstrate high learning agility, strong academic performance, and relevant practical exposure encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and internal stakeholders.
