Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to support data management activities on the SAP platform. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entry of master and transactional data across various SAP modules. The role involves maintaining data integrity, supporting reconciliations, generating reports, and assisting in audit readiness processes. Ideal candidates are highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate master data including vendor, material, and employee records within SAP.
- Post transactional data such as GRNs, invoices, payroll entries, and production logs accurately.
- Maintain data integrity across multiple SAP modules including MM, FI, HR, and PP.
- Support reconciliation of SAP entries with physical records and Excel trackers.
- Generate and share SAP reports based on departmental requirements.
- Identify, flag, and escalate data inconsistencies or system-related issues.
- Assist in periodic data audits and data clean-up activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data inputs.
