Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager (Content & Brand) to lead the company's digital marketing and brand positioning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies, creating engaging multimedia content, managing social media platforms, driving lead generation through digital campaigns, and strengthening overall brand awareness. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative content production, digital advertising expertise, and analytical skills to support business growth, customer engagement, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the company's digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, publish, and manage high-quality digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, film, and edit professional photo and video content for use across digital marketing channels.
- Manage all company social media platforms by developing content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and monitoring platform performance.
- Execute and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and implement data-driven improvements to marketing activities.
- Manage website content, ensuring information remains current, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, strengthen customer relationships, and promote company services.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives by creating employer branding content and promotional campaigns to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support business development and revenue growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels, communications, and promotional materials.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to improve marketing performance continuously.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects within agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity, quality, and accuracy.
