Job Summary.
Our Client, a Manufacturing Company, is looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, in their region/ or product category.
Responsibilities;
- To
achieve of all targets (volume, value, distribution, visibility etc.) for his/her region.
- Handle
a large no. of distributors.
- Daily
Sales performance evaluation by route/beat on-production, product mix, volume
of sales etc.
- Setting
the target and managing the ASM, TSO, SO &
distributors & achieving the same with
the help of team.
- Review
the achievement on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Handling
the wholesale business independently.
- To manage volume building block under highly competitive market.
- Effective
implementation of trade marketing activities for sufficient/optimum lifting the
sales in his region.
- It
is fully field based and transferable jobs.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- 8+
Year(s) relevant working experience in FMCG industry.
- Strong
sales exposure in retail distribution and whole sale business, with prior
experience in supervision level in the consumer products market.
- Able
to get along with others and be a team-player.
- Excellent
communication skills.
- Self-motivated
and willing to travel 60-70% of total job requirement.
- Good
at in operating E-mail, Microsoft word, excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Presentation.
- Positive
attitude to work under pressure and should be a target driven person.
- Self-motivator,
strong analytical personnel.
