                            Job Summary;
Our Client is looking for a highly-analytical Claims
Executive to join our company’s insurance department. He/She will be responsible
for reviewing client claims and determining allowable benefits.
Responsibilities;
- Registration of Claims.
 
- Updating Reserves.
 
- Processing Claim Files.
 
- Communicating with Surveyors / Intermediaries / Workshops
     and other vendors and customers.
 
- Preparing and maintaining all required data &
     reports.
 
- Ensure quality management of all claims Non-Motor in
     accordance with the company policies.
 
- Ensure
complete and sound claim settlements and investigations in accordance with
company policies and procedures.
 
- Ensure
timely identification, notification and recovery of claims from Reinsurance.
 
- Maintain
records on claims and provide update daily.
 
- Maintain
computerized claims/loss recording systems and develop information with
Particular regard to allowing proper risk analysis to be undertaken.
 
- Evaluate all new claims and administer all data integrity and
Manage communication to safety department and monitor all claims and ensure
timely closure.
 
- Liaising
with all other Departments, Branches and Offices on matters of interest.
 
 
Requirements
Requirements;
- Should have at least 3 or more year’s prior experience of working in an Insurance Company handling all Claims (Non-Motor)
 Must have a Degree in Insurance.
- Must be a team-oriented individual to work with
     clients, other team members, Brokers, Agents and Insurance companies. 
 
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook and
     MS Excel.
 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
- Can review and analyze detailed information for
     accuracy and completeness
 
- Willing and able to learn new tasks.
 
- Ability to work efficiently and multi task in a very
     fast-paced department.
 
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
 
- Should be willing to take up any assignment other than
the core responsibilities.
