Job Description
- Suggest suitable travel options based on the clients requirements.
- Book tickets, reserve
accommodation, issue travel insurance and more services.
- Inform clients and
provide useful travel information such as visas, health and customs etc.
- Keep clients updated on schedule changes/cancellation.
- Offer and promote
different services and offerings (hotels and transfers).
- Keep learning about
latest industry trends and Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Maintain record of clients needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and
Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge and Speed in
Galileo in terms of checking itineraries, issuance and exchange.
- Minimum 3 years of work
experience as a Tour Manager/Consultant, or a similar role in the Travel
and Tourism industry.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills and Ability to handle stressful situations.
- A team player and ability to
work independently.
- Ability to work for flexible
hours and on weekends and to offer excellent customer service.
