Job Summary
Our Client, an Export and Import Company is looking for a qualified CFS Manager who will responsible for developing and executing best in class systems and standards that will increase revenue, help maintain department profitability and reduce time to deliver a loads to the customer, thus improving the overall customer experience and improving shareholder value.
Responsibilities;
- Coordinate CFS projects and initiatives with CFS field team/stores.
- Overseeing staffing of Containers.
- To manage business development.
- To oversee overall business operations in Mtwara.
- To manage loose cargo.
- To ensure goods are well packed and in good conditions before shipment.
Requirements
- Should have 7 years' of working experience in ICD or CFS.
- Should have thorough knowledge and experience in managing business.
- Should have strong communication, organizational, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
