Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and brand awareness. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all marketing activities and ensuring they fit with the Company’s
marketing strategy and lead to the Company vision.
- Researching potential target markets and customers.
- Ensure that set private loans sales monthly targets are met.
- Ensure that Branches enroll targeted number of new clients every month
- Being champion of products promotion activities and branding.
- Be champion in creating and maintaining good relationships with existing and
potential employers of our clients.
- Training of loan consultants and sales team on sales techniques.
- Arranging for the Company to attend relevant industry events and
conferences to increase brand awareness.
- Attending meetings with customers alongside with loan consultants whenever
necessary.
- Making sure the Company optimizes online Search Engines to maximize
inbound sales opportunities.
- Managing and driving social media marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
