Job Summary:
Our client, who is a manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to assist in developing, advising, and implementing various human resources policies, procedures, and systems. The role involves providing essential support in HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee counseling. The successful candidate will ensure that HR practices align with company objectives, enhance employee satisfaction, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Provide support to supervisors and staff to address skills gaps and improve performance.
- Performance Management: Support effective performance planning, monitoring, and improvement programs, ensuring timely performance contracting and documentation.
- Compensation Management: Create and maintain consistent compensation guidelines.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate payroll processing, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions. Maintain timely updates of payroll inputs.
- Learning Programs: Prepare and implement company learning strategies and training programs quarterly, including training needs analysis.
- Manpower Planning: Align manpower requirements with strategic goals and develop effective manpower plans.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with HR-related legislation, monitor HR risks, and prepare timely risk audit reports.
