Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Finance Assistant to provide essential support to the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing cash payments, preparing invoices, and handling administrative and banking tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth execution of daily financial and office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all cash payments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Record and post financial transactions into the company’s ERP system, ensuring proper
documentation and compliance.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring all billing information is accurate.
- Distribute invoices via email to customers and respond to related inquiries as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including.
- Monitoring and restocking office supplies.
- Managing electricity payments and other operational expenses.
- Support banking operations, including.
- Supplying required documentation to the bank.
- Updating authorized signatories in accordance with board resolutions.
- Coordinating system access for new users and ensuring timely deactivation for
former users.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a similar finance or administrative role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
