Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell new vehicles to prospective customers.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Schedule and conduct test drives while highlighting key product features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales successfully.
Prepare and process sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
Provide after-sales support and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new vehicle models.
Contribute to team sales targets and support showroom displays and promotions.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality with a customer-first approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required in the retail environment.
