Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
Oversee daily clearing and forwarding activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs and port procedures.
Coordinate with logistics, export, and transit departments to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
Supervise and support departmental heads and operational teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Maintain close communication with clients and key stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and improve service delivery.
Monitor financial transactions related to operations, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and budget adherence.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements across operational functions.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and reduce turnaround times.
Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional growth.
Degree in Clearing and Forwarding, Shipping Management, Logistics, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, including supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of customs procedures, TRA regulations, port systems, and shipping line operations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with operational software such as SAP is an advantage.
