Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals by prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover team member’s training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Suggest and organize team building activities.
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and preparation of the organization’s sales strategy and general business planning.
- Develop Team performance reports on a weekly & monthly basis to Line Manager.
Requirements
- This role will require the candidate to ride a motorbike and have a valid motorbike license.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving ability.
- Decision-making skills.
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
