Assist the Homeroom Teacher in delivering lessons, with emphasis on small groups and one-on-one support, especially for ESL learners and students needing additional help.
Participate in lesson planning sessions and contribute to preparation of learning materials and differentiated resources.
Maintain discipline and reinforce routines to ensure a structured and safe classroom environment.
Support classroom transitions, manage non-core subjects (e.g., Art or Library), and take responsibility for lesson delivery in these areas.
Monitor and document students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development.
Promote student well-being by encouraging hygiene, responsibility, and healthy daily routines.
Assist in marking formative assessments, providing feedback, and supporting students through corrections and presentation improvement.
Aid in classroom logistics, including setting up displays, organizing learning materials, and supporting events or celebrations.
Supervise students during lunch, play, assemblies, extracurricular activities, and end-of-day pick-up.
Attend staff meetings, plan sessions, and actively contribute to school events and shared responsibilities.
Diploma in Education, Early Childhood, or related field; Cambridge curriculum familiarity is an added advantage.
At least 4–5 years of experience in a teaching or co-teaching capacity, ideally in an international or inclusive school environment.
Strong classroom management and multitasking abilities.
Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to support differentiated learning and adapt to varying student needs.
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
