Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase vehicle sales.
Set sales quotas, monitor performance metrics, and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee vehicle inventory management and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and optimal stock turnover.
Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent service and handling escalated issues effectively.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, manage budgets, and ensure profitability is maintained.
Collaborate with other departments, including finance, marketing, and service, to support the overall success of the dealership.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Adaptable to industry changes and able to leverage new technologies in sales.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
