Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell automotive parts and accessories to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate product information and technical support.
Process orders, quotations, and transactions efficiently and accurately.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, warranties, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, trade, and workshop clients.
Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with stock counts and inventory control.
Handle product returns, core exchanges, and warranty processes professionally.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with service and workshop teams to support seamless customer service.
Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge of automotive parts and technical aptitude.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.
Well-organized with the ability to manage orders, records, and stock efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
